Tumwater Automotive is a family-owned business that has been in operation since 1991. Owner Brett Hardcastle has been in the automotive repair business most of his life. Prior to opening his own shop, Brett worked for his father who owned service stations in the Olympia area. There are four ASE certified mechanics on staff each having their own specialty skill area as well as excellent knowledge and experience on servicing automobiles. The mechanics are highly qualified and are in continuous education to keep up-to-date and proficient at repairing the diversity of vehicles on the market today. When customers come in to have their car serviced they can count on always having their own mechanic to do maintenance and repairs on their vehicles. The mechanics at Tumwater Automotive work to build a rapport with their customers by encouraging them to discuss their automotive repair concerns with their mechanic. This way customers and mechanics work together to understand the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles.
